Tech Mahindra utilizes a strictly elimination-based multi-round process. While the aptitude and communication syllabus remains mostly consistent, the coding difficulty and technical depth may vary depending on the role (Standard vs Supercoder). Hence, the syllabus is reliable but not 100% fixed.

1. Aptitude & Essay Round
75 Qs + Essay | 142 Mins- Quants: Speed-Time, P&L, Interest, DI.
- Logical: Blood Relations, Puzzles, Coding-Decoding.
- Verbal: Sentence Correction, Tenses, Articles.
- Essay: 200 words on Current Affairs/Social topics.
2. Technical & Automata Fix
26 Qs | 65 Mins- Tech MCQs: DBMS, OS, Computer Networks, SQL.
- Pseudocode: Logic Tracing, Runtime Errors.
- Automata Fix: Debugging syntax/logical errors in C/Java/Python.
- Coding: 1 DSA-based problem for higher packages.
3. Conversational & Personality Test
AI-Driven | ~30 Mins- Speech: Reading, Listening, and Speaking fluency.
- Personality: 72 Psychometric scenario questions.
- Elimination: This round is often the final filter before HR.
